Only 3 Ingredients | Great for Congestion | Easy Medical Medium Recipe | In the Kitchen with Jan

February 04, 2025 in video, tips and tricks, kitchen

I think we all know someone who is sick or maybe we are feeling awful ourselves so having this broth to build your immune system and ease your mind will work wonders. It's great for Coughing, Pneumonia and Bronchitis. Only 3 ingredients... equal parts Celery Onion and Radish. Fill water to cover the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Enjoy a cup or more a day and freeze any portions you won't consume in a week. I keep mine in the freezer in pint jars and enjoy a cup at night before bed. You can find more information and so many more recipes at medicalmedium.com
