We've only just met

November 16, 2013 in kudos, gallary show

As an artist when you create something you never feel like your done. There is always something that could be better or a fresh outlook brings new ideas. At some point you have to decided to be done and release your creation to the universe. The mixed emotions run from complete satisfaction to complete terror. One minute its the best thing you have ever done and the next minute you think who will ever relate to it. It takes time and a lot of sweet talk to those voices in your mind to push forward and leave behind all the baggage of... I am not good enough.... to say its time to share you with the world you are no longer mine.

Recently, I created and released my images of the Assateaque Horses at the FotoBazaar Photography show in DC. I got an amazing amount of love and wonderful feedback. I am very happy and a little sad to tell you that I sold all three 1st Editions of the fine art pieces that I had on display at the show. Its feels wonderful that they have a new loving home and at the same time I feel sad like I am letting go of a new friend I have only just met.

If you want a new friend and have a lovely place for one of these beauties then pop over to my shop and get one or two or three .... I promise not to cry if you do .. well maybe.

I wanted to thank Dodge Chrome for helping me create these beautiful works of art. Please visit there website if you need any kind of art produced they can really do it all even print on wood. I can't wait to find a reason to do that.
